Trentingrana of “malga” of this Dairy awarded as best cheese aged mountain

In August, Sunday 6, 2023, at Malga Campocroce of Borso di Grappa (TV) took place the 10th edition dedicated to Italian mountain cheese, attended by over fifty cheese from the regions of Abruzzo, Molise, Piemonte, Campania, Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

A jury of experts has decided which are the best products of the particular dairy context, rewarding the excellence of this dairy with two awards:

  • 1° place for the category “Mature cheese” for our Trentingrana of “Malga”;
  • 2° place for the category “Mezzano cheese 5 – 8 months” for our “Puzzone of Moena DOP”

Large expressions of appreciation for the whole team, excellently led by the cheesemaker Walter Campi, who constantly, with passion and professionalism, continues to collect

achievements for the products made, helping to raise the quality and the positive tradition of Trentino cheese.
