The “Voluntary Consortium for the Puzzone Cheese protection” aims to promote the knowledge of the cheese DOP Puzzone di Moena / Spretz Tzaorì on the world’s market, protect and value the preservation of typicality and peculiar characteristics.

The company is based at the Caseificio Sociale di Predazzo e Moena s.c.a. and carries out its institutional presence in relation to the decisions taken by the Board of Directors formed by the members representing the dairies that are part of it.

The Dairy of Predazzo and Moena spends human and economic resources to the product’s protection, organizing and participating in important food and wine initiatives in Italy to enhance this excellence from Trentino and spread in the world its image.
